Michelle is an internationally recognised Group Pilates Instructor who completed her first movement teacher training in 1998.
Michelle continued to teach, move, and grow, until she completed her specialised Pilates teacher training, and opened Lifestyle Pilates Studio in 2012.
Michelle has completed the Polestar Pilates practitioner of Pilates Studio, and Pilates Mat certifications.
Michelle has a personal interest in Yoga and brings the yogic elements of flow, breath, and balance to her Group Pilates Classes.
Michelle has a particular interest in working with Pilates for rehabilitation, post-surgical Pilates, Pilates for Back Pain, Pilates for pregnant and postpartum clients, as well as specialising in Pilates for young athlete development.
